How the fee works: a % of each job's value, taken once when you're paid — and capped per job, so a big job never costs a fortune. E.g. a $4,000 job on Tradies = 10% = $400; a $30,000 job = capped at $2,000, not $3,000.
The Cashies pool is the shared board of smaller cash jobs any active member can grab first-come — earn and build your record while you climb. Bigger tier jobs are quoted and awarded.
